Certain foods and drinks like, tea, spinach, bananas and chia, all have stress reducing properties that have been proven to lower stress.
With this, it is also a good idea to identify exactly what could be causing you stress, such as always being late to work. Changing up your morning routine by getting up earlier, or setting out your clothes the night before, can make a huge difference in your day. Doctor’s also say one of the best ways to deal with stress is a good night’s sleep. Getting 7-8 hours a night can leave your brain and body feeling refreshed and ready to do anything.
