School is back and so are the germs
It’s back to school season and you know what that means, kids are getting sick. With all the kids coming back together its inevitable that germs are going to be spread and the flu will be crawling around the corner. Make sure your kids are prepared, learn the ways kids can avoid the germs and be focusing on what matters.
This is one of the best ways to avoid sickness. Make sure that they are getting at least 10 hours a night, and depending on how young your child is they may need up to 10 hours.
-Get them their own water bottle
The water fountain is one of the most germ infested places at school. By having kids bring their own water bottle, they can help the environment, protect their health, and get compliments from friends at school. Get them an adorable one that all their classmates will be jealous of.
-Wash hands with soap and water
This is an obvious rule every school aged child should follow. Washing hands should be a habit before eating, after going to the bathroom, and after touching things that multiple people have used. Make sure they are washing with soap and water whenever possible, seeing as it is more effective than hand sanitizer.
-Get them a flu shot
Getting a flu shot should be on everyones back to school list. This is a great way to prevent against the flu, even though kids could still get sick, it should still be utilized.
Kids should be going to school to learn, have fun, and make friends, not getting sick and spreading it to others. Make sure they are prepared!!
